• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of disability programs, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
• Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities, ensuring their voices are heard and their concerns are addressed.
• Utilize technology and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of disability services.
• Represent the Bangka Belitung Provincial Government at national and international forums to promote inclusive practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in disability services, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful disability programs.
• Strong understanding of national and international disability rights standards and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Certification in disability management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
