📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all legal matters related to property transactions and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations governing the property industry.
• Review and advise on legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure legal processes are handled efficiently.
• Monitor and mitigate legal risks to protect the company's interests.
• Stay updated with legal developments and industry trends to provide strategic advice.
• Represent the company in legal negotiations and disputes.
• Ensure all legal matters are documented and maintained in accordance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal management, preferably in the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to the property sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with property law and real estate transactions.
