Every day, you'll be responsible for overseeing our marketplace operations, from vendor onboarding and performance management to order fulfillment and customer support. You'll use tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, and Salesforce to monitor key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions. With your expertise and strategic thinking, you'll help IslandTrade Hub continue to grow and thrive in the competitive e-commerce landscape.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize marketplace operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
• Manage vendor onboarding, performance, and compliance, ensuring high-quality standards
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven solutions to improve operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance the user experience
• Implement best practices for order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer support
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and drive continuous improvement in our operations
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or a similar role
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing marketplace operations
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
