📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and timely processing of financial transactions.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure high performance and professional development.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
