📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement training programs aligned with company goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees.
  • Create and deliver engaging learning materials.
  • Assist in the evaluation and improvement of training programs.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
