📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the dental clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and assistants, to ensure seamless patient care.
• Oversee inventory management and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels of dental supplies and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain clinic hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the clinic manager, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote clinic services and attract new patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.
• Strong knowledge of dental clinic operations, including patient management, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using dental clinic management software, such as Dentrix, SmileSoft, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with local regulations and guidelines for dental clinics in Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
