📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on data analysis techniques and tools.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing data validation and cleaning processes.
  • Participate in data-driven decision-making processes to support business strategy.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
