📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.,Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Monitor project progress and report to the Site Engineer.,Ensure that all construction activities adhere to company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues.,Maintain accurate records of project activities and expenses.,Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.,Provide support to the Site Engineer in the recruitment and training of new staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in construction management.,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
