• Use industry-standard tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor to gather and verify information.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all reference checks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide detailed reports on reference checks to support hiring decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in background verification.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding candidate background checks.
• Assist in the onboarding process by verifying candidate qualifications and references.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in employment reference checking or a related field.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough and accurate reference checks.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job search platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
