📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate high-profile events, ensuring they run smoothly from conception to completion
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events
• Develop and implement event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling event materials, including invitations, promotional content, and social media campaigns
• Monitor event metrics and provide reports to stakeholders
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in event management
• Contribute to the development of new event ideas and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination
• Proficient in using event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
