Oriental Yuhong is seeking a dedicated Factory Procurement professional to join our team in Cikarang. This role is specifically for Mandarin speakers and offers a competitive salary package. As a Factory Procurement specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes, supporting our production teams, and driving cost efficiency within the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies to production lines.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.,Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.,Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with production planning.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on procurement activities and performance.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial sectors.,Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and inventory management.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
