Express Central Lestari is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical practitioners.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product growth and improvement.,Organize and participate in medical education programs, workshops, and conferences to showcase our products and build expertise.,Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to achieve organizational goals.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals and their patients.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry and medical practices.,Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical sales or representative role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and healthcare regulations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-person visits.,Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid format.
