📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates for job openings.,Conduct phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and provide updates on candidate progress.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and recruiters to source top talent.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Proven track record of successful hiring and onboarding.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
