📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead and manage IT operations, ensuring the smooth running of our technology infrastructure.
- Provide comprehensive support to our employees, addressing their IT needs and concerns.
- Monitor and maintain our IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect our data and systems from potential threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that meet our business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT operations and support.
- Provide training and support to our employees on the use of our IT systems and tools.
- Continuously evaluate and improve our IT operations and support services.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, support, or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CompTIA are a plus.
