📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Train and develop staff to maintain consistent service quality.,Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of restaurant policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
