📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their banking needs.,Maintain the accuracy of financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Handle cash and manage the cash drawer to prevent theft or loss.,Assist in the opening and closing of the bank's cash vault.,Monitor and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.,Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role (preferred but not required).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.,Familiarity with basic banking procedures and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer software and basic office tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
