📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the overall performance of the facility.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.,Manage the facility's budget and financial resources, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.,Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring it is safe, clean, and well-maintained.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve their skills and knowledge.,Represent the facility at community events and meetings, promoting the facility's mission and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Healthcare Administration or a similar field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using office software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
