We are offering a competitive salary package of Rp 18.000.000 – Rp 25.000.000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of lab technicians to ensure high-quality results.
  • Supervising and coordinating laboratory activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.
  • Conducting quality control checks and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Providing technical support and training to team members.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Managing laboratory inventory and ensuring adequate supplies and equipment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a laboratory setting.
  • Proven track record of managing and mentoring lab technicians.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality assurance.
