📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage and motivate a team of outlet staff, providing training and support as needed.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business objectives.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of company-wide strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
