📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of the MM2100 training program, ensuring it meets industry standards and company objectives.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance productivity, safety, and quality standards.

• Design and manage training curricula, including budgeting and scheduling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
