As an OSHC, you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust safety protocols, conducting regular safety audits, and providing training to ensure our team members are well-prepared to handle any situation.

In this role, you'll be working closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential hazards, develop safety plans, and ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with local safety authorities and industry experts to stay ahead of the curve in occupational safety and health practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Provide safety training and education to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Monitor and evaluate safety performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate safety into project planning and execution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in occupational safety and health.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure readiness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational safety and health, with a strong background in hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety program development.
• Certification as an Occupational Safety and Health Professional (OSH Professional) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, and investigations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using safety management software such as SAP, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), or similar tools.
• Familiarity with local and international safety regulations, including OSHA, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards.
