🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.,Knowledge of operational software and tools is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
