📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and maintain operational systems and processes.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.,Handle and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans and strategies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Strong knowledge of operational systems and processes.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
