📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Manage inventory levels and implement effective inventory control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as order accuracy, cycle times, and inventory turnover.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations efficiently and effectively.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
