📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.,Control inventory and manage supplier relationships to optimize costs and ensure product availability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure the restaurant meets all quality and service standards as per company policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
