📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, variances, and management reports.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Stay updated with accounting trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.
  • Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
