📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing industrial and structural projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
  • Overseeing the design, fabrication, and installation of mechanical systems and structures.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Participating in project reviews and providing technical input to senior management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on industrial and structural projects.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid professional engineering license is a plus.
