📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of cost estimates, schedules, and reports.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to optimize project performance.,Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with financial and contractual requirements.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure project quality and adherence to specifications.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors and project teams.,Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to manage project deliverables and resolve issues.,Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on site management and construction projects.,Proven track record of successful project management and cost control.,Strong knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling, and cost management software.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Japanese is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
