📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor junior staff to improve overall performance and customer service.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor store performance against set KPIs and report to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Experience in budgeting and financial management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
