📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, organize, and execute various student activities and events that promote student engagement and development.,Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student organizations to ensure the success of campus-wide events and initiatives.,Develop and implement programs that enhance student leadership skills, personal growth, and community service.,Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.,Serve as a liaison between students and the administration, addressing concerns and facilitating communication.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of student activities and development programs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to expand opportunities for students.,Represent FEU Institute of Technology at local and national events, showcasing our institution's strengths and achievements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in student affairs, event planning, or a similar role.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Passionate about student development and committed to fostering a positive campus environment.
