📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and FAQs,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documents,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, consistency, and correctness,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed,Ensure that technical documents are accessible and compliant with accessibility standards🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)🛠️ Keahlian
