📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Assess employee training needs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Maintain training records and provide reports on training activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout the training process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
