📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to uphold product quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues promptly.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle to track production data and performance metrics.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing production teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management systems is a plus.
