📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Execute trades in the financial markets using Bloomberg Terminal and Tradeweb.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust trading strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the trading team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide support to junior traders and new hires.
• Participate in continuous learning and development programs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trading activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial markets, preferably in a trading or dealing role.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, trading strategies, and market analysis.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with trading platforms like Bloomberg Terminal and Tradeweb.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
