📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Perform room inventory and maintenance tasks
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms
• Assist with front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues
• Learn and use hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System)
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming guest experience
• Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
