• Conduct thorough process analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and document detailed business process models using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable business solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process optimization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes through regular reviews and audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst in a retail or similar industry.
• Proven experience in conducting process analysis and implementing process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
